  • PSF Wrestling Academy (Daisy Fresh Wrestling Club) is a youth wrestling club in Mount Vernon, IL serving athletes ages 5–18. When Sofia started managing their social media, they had 908 Instagram followers, a small Facebook presence, and a training room they were ready to fill.

  • Carolyn Wester is the founder of Wrestling Prep and head coach to pro fighters across UFC and Bellator. She developed a training methodology called body leveraging — a sequential muscle order approach used by wrestlers, MMA athletes, and jiu-jitsu competitors to create explosive, competition-ready movement. When Sofia started managing @wrestlingprep, Carolyn had 25K followers and seminars to fill.

    We built a content strategy around Carolyn's methodology and athlete community — turning her expertise into short-form video that traveled far beyond her existing audience.     Across 65 posts on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, BBLR Beef grew to 7,052 TikTok followers and 8,553 followers across all platforms.
